When you do what you are afraid of, you learn how to overcome your fear. You may still feel afraid, but the fear no longer limits your life.

An invitation came to be part of the judges for the Hult Prize 2018 On-Campus competition in partnership with United Nations in one of the Nigerian Federal universities, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

How did this happen?
I chose to Show Up. If nobody gives you a platform to speak, create your own platform.

How did I get here?
It was through consistent and deliberate actions towards my goals.

What actions did I take that showcased me to be chosen?
Writing valuable content on social media regularly and public speaking engagements showcased what I love to do with others.

Who recommended me?
Somebody who I didn't know that got to hear me speak in a meeting where I was invited to speak. I also got to know the person who invited me to speak in that meeting on social media.

Until you decide to Show Up, all your plans will remain in your imagination.

There is a price to pay for your dreams to come to live. The stakes may be high but you must pay the price and Show Up.

I got afraid of taking steps towards my goals and withdrew on a few occasion with the feeling that I was putting myself in people's faces. But I had to Show Up. With consistency, it paid off.

This has made me the first female speaker in the July edition of the ''The  Winning Mindset'' in northern Nigeria and the nomination to be a judge at the Hult Prize in a Federal University amongst other opportunities.

What you owe yourself in the pursuit of your goals is to SHOW UP.
