THe TWO SIDES OF SOCIAL MEDIA

When it comes to the activities on social media, I am aware that there are individuals who get intimidated when they see the accomplishments and influence of others.

You may need to take a break off Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc to fix up your mind. Don't be under pressure 'cos of others.

There are times you may need to unfollow or unfriend those that you are comparing yourself with especially if it is taking a toil on you.

You are human so do what is best for you to keep your mind sane. Don't dwell on those thoughts so that it doesn't discourage you.

Remember that their bank statement is very different from their social media influence.

Can you imagine how social media is becoming a cause of depression?

There is a real life outside. Keep being you.

Many share their success but rarely the real story behind. They don't have it all together and you may actually be doing better than them.

In this era of social media, we often spend more time with our smartphone than human interaction. It is MANDATORY to protect your space to keep your mind sane.

Falsehood lives on social media. It is not all you see that is real.

Stay true to yourself.
Be your own competition and beat your own past records.

Keep being the best version of yourself.
